Pada Hastasana – A Pose That Changed My Life
Pada Hastasana changed my life. I first read about it in 1995 while working as a globe-trotting journalist. Thirty years later, I am a dedicated yoga teacher, trained in six traditions, running a center on Elba and teaching aboard Star Clippers. My style adapts to each group, focusing on health, especially back care, through inspired, sustainable practice.
