Star Clippers is offering ten themed itineraries on board its three graceful tall ships in 2019, during sailings in the Mediterranean, South Asia and Caribbean. Included among them are five sailings with yoga practitioners on board, others with a celebrity fitness instructor, famous fashion stylist, Italian chef and published author in Mediterranean history and archeology.

A myriad of new destinations and itineraries featuring spectacular sailings beneath billowing sails, are featured online and in Star Clippers’ new Unique Sailing Adventures brochure.

Tall ship cruise specialist Star Clippers is known for calling into smaller ports and harbours, often inaccessible by larger cruise vessels. This means that local cuisine and culture can be found just a few steps from the gang plank, with time to go ashore and wander among the locals. On board the three tall ships in the fleet, guests dine in a free seating restaurant, buffet-style for breakfast and lunch and waiter service for dinner, enjoy deck-top al fresco lunches, beach barbecues. When ashore, here are some of the notable food experiences Star Clippers’ guests can find during a tall ship cruise.

Marking ten years since the musical film classic Mamma Mia was first screened, and the UK release of the sequel Mamma Mia, Here We Go Again! on July 20th 2018, Star Clippers has created a new Mamma Mia tall ship sailing itinerary which calls into the islands of Skiathos and Skopelos where the 2008 film was shot, including the opportunity to have a sunset marriage blessing on board.
